Welcome Home delivers delicious, frozen home-cooked meals weekly — for both postpartum mothers and new parents. Every menu is made with love and fresh, seasonal ingredients, locally sourced from the tri-state area. We prepare perfectly balanced meals with enough protein, carbs, and healthy fats to help support your postpartum recovery without compromising on flavor.

How It Works

  • 1. Choose your plan

    Start by deciding how many weeks of meals you would like delivered.

  • 2. Select your meals

    We offer healthy homemade meal plans that include 3-days or 5-days of meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for you and your family

  • 3. Pick your plan start date

    We deliver by hand, to your house, every Sunday. Simply select when you are ready to begin.

  • 4. Customize your menu

    Your dietary preferences are our pleasure. Choose Signature or Vegan. All meals are dairy-free and gluten-free.

  • 5. Relax and re-heat.

    Each meal will arrive in freezer-safe, sturdy containers. When you’re ready to enjoy, thaw, heat, and fuel your bodies.

Breakfast

The most important meal of the day is also our fastest to prepare. Packed with flavor and vital nutrition to jump start your family’s day.

  • Breakfast serving: 2 people per day

Lunch

We believe bowl food is soul food. Our healing soups and stews will warm your heart and bellies, leaving you full until dinner.

  • Lunch serving: 2-3 people per day

  • Sample dish: Carrot Ginger Soup

Dinner

Family-style meals for your growing family. A variety of full-flavored dishes that bring brightness to your table after a long day.

  • Dinner serving: 2-3 people per day

  • Sample dish: Baked Beet Falafel with Tahini Lemon Dressing

Snacks

For 2- and 3-week plans, a pick-me-up for those moments when you (and your little ones) just need a little something.

  • Snack serving: 2 people per day

  • The 3-Day plan is $325 and 5-Day plan is $440.

  • If you would like to receive your order for the upcoming Sunday, place your order by Wednesday 12pm ET.

  • All our meals are:

    1. Organic or pesticide free

    2. Grass-fed or pasture-raised

    3. Gluten, Sugar, and Dairy Free

    4. Non-GMO

    5. Vegetarian friendly when you select the vegetarian option

    If you have any specific dietary/allergy request we won’t be able accommodate it at this time as we are still a small (but mighty!) team.

  • Signature meals include meat dishes whereas vegan meals will not include any meat or dairy. Don’t worry vegan lovers: both options will include the same yummy nourishing ingredients!

  • All meals come with easy-to-follow instructions. Check your meal container for the defrosting and heating steps.

  • Yes! Our meals are safe and nutritious for the whole family.

    Here’s how our portions work: Breakfast and Lunch are 2 serving sizes; they’re specifically designed to feed the new parents. Dinner portions are large enough to serve 4 people (unless you’re particularly hungry that day :).

  • Absolutely! Welcome Home is for anyone looking for a nourishing meal, a break from cooking, or a thoughtful gift to send a friend who is currently grieving or in need of a warm gesture.

  • We recommend starting your meal delivery date 1 week before the baby’s due date. That way, when new parents arrive home with their newborn there’s already a delicious meal waiting in the freezer.
