Our Story
When I became a new mom to Lennon, I saw a gap in the market. Most new parents don't know how to take care of themselves, let alone figure out how to feed themselves and their families while caring for a new baby.
Welcome Home is more than a meal delivery service; we are a community of support. We make sure new parents have the energy to recover and focus on their new baby. So far, we have had the honor of serving thousands of families in the New York Tri-State area.
Our Journey
Welcome Home is my heart and soul. Everything you see—from the recipes to the meals to the website—has been built entirely by me, with my own hands and savings. I've done it all, from chef to delivery person. I’ve reached the very end of what I can do on my own, and it's with a sense of peace that I’ve realized I've done everything I can to get us to this point. Now, to serve more families, I need to bring in proper help.
I've found a marketing leader, a Fractional CMO, to help us take the next step. Our goal is to raise $60,000 to fund this partnership over the next six months. This will allow us to grow our revenue by 15–20% and expand our weekly subscriptions from 20 to 30+ members.
The Next Chapter
My goal has always been to make sure new parents feel cared for and seen, and I've come to understand that to serve more of them, I need to bring in the expertise I don't have.
That's why I've found an incredible marketing leader, a Fractional CMO. Think of her as a seasoned professional who can provide strategic guidance on a part-time basis. She will help us achieve two key goals over the next six months:
Growing our total revenue by 10–20%.
Expanding our membership subscriptions from 20 to 30+ monthly members.
To make this happen, we need to raise $60,000. Here is a clear breakdown of where the money will go:
$50,000 will cover the six-month partnership with our Fractional CMO. She will help us elevate our brand, expand partnerships, and launch innovative programs to turn one-time diners into lifelong subscribers.
$10,000 will be used to support the events and collaborations that will connect us with our community face-to-face and help share our story more widely.
With this support, we can build a brand legacy that feeds both the body and soul.
