Our Service

Welcome Home sells chef-prepared, frozen, gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined-sugar-free meals, delivered weekly on Sundays to addresses within our delivery area.

Orders and Delivery

Menus and pricing are subject to change weekly. Orders must be placed by the posted weekly cutoff to be included in that week's delivery. Delivery windows and coverage areas are listed at checkout and may vary by location.

SMS Terms

By opting in to text messages, you agree to receive recurring marketing messages (such as menu drops, promotions, and order reminders) from Welcome Home at the phone number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Payment

All orders are charged at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in USD.

Returns and Refunds

Because our meals are perishable, we do not accept returns. If there's an issue with your order (damaged, missing, or incorrect items), contact us at hello@getwelcomehome.co within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
